At Microwave Advances, LLC, you can be sure that all repairs are completed in a timely manner and that repairs requiring immediate attention can receive
a priority status.

We have performed over 500 repairs of new, old, and discontinued radios and RF assemblies. Our repair warranty is guaranteed for 90 days after shipment,
with an extended warranty available upon request.

YIG Oscillator and PA Repair
We have been providing improved performance and superior reliability with repairs of failed out-of-warranty YIG Oscillator modules. Our repaired YIGs have had a zero failure rate.
This includes transmitter or receiver YIGs for the dual-mode (analog/digital) based or other microwave radios at various bands.
Sending YIGs to our factory for repair is far less costly than the replacement price for new YIGs; our standard repair price per YIG is $650.
This is for repairs that involve the typical failures found in these model types. If more involved repairs are needed, we will let you know the extent and estimated cost before proceeding.
This price is for a module that has been removed from the radio prior to shipment to us; should you need to send in the radio, additional repair costs may apply, since if the complete radio is sent to us we assume it should be checked/tested completely.
If you are sure that the YIG module alone is faulty, please remove it from your radio before sending it in to us. This will save on time and labor costs that may otherwise add to the total repair price.
Delivery is just a couple of weeks after receipt.

Services and Pricing:

The evaluation fee for each unit received is $250.
This fee is applied to the cost of any unit repaired.

Each part is replaced with more reliable components, carefully cleaned,
aligned, and re-tested to the manufacturer’s specifications.
If a part is no longer available, we will replace it with an equal or superior
part that satisfies the original circuit use.

Final quality control checks are provided on all units.
Test equipment available at our facility insures proper diagnosis and repair.
